Yes, Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75679 will fit a 2013 Ford Flex with dual exhaust. Having EcoBoost or not does not matter. It also fits models with single exhaust. I have included links to the installation instructions and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I also recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip and a storage bag. For trailer wiring you can use T-connector, # 118472. This wiring harness will plug in line with the vehicle tail light wiring. I have linked instructions and a video showing installation of the wiring for you as well.
