It sounds like you're looking for the inner drive arm 383152 for your Solera awning on your 2019 Keystone Springdale. Unfortunately, this part is not offered individually from Lippert. The only option is to replace the entire arm with one like the # LC281154 you were looking at.

I recommend measuring the length of the wall-mount extrusion from top to bottom to find the correct size. If your measurement is 69" this will work as a replacement.
