Are the two covers I listed designed for the Deep South with our high temps high humidity and very heavy rains off the gulf and could I expect it to last more than 2 or 3 years.

The Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Bumper Pull Trailer part # 290-46001 for 10' or part # 290-46002 for 12' are designed for the norther and middle regions within the US. The issue with southern climates is UV exposure. They will still work great but may not last as long in this environment.
