Looking for recommendations on a lite weight tow dolly for an older gentleman to maneuver around when empty

The Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly # DM9713093 is our lightest tow dolly at only 510lbs. This would be the easiest to manuver in open areas and it has a tongue jack with a caster wheel.
For smaller areas the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045 may be the better option as when folded it is only 67" long versus the X above at 147" long.
Be sure to verify with your state laws to determine if additional Tow Lights # C6304 are required.
