So there are a couple of good option for a roof rack that fits your 2019 Volkswagen Atlas with the factory raised rails. The rack will only consist of a couple parts - the feet and the crossbars - and the two options I recommend considering are from Thule and Rhino-Rack. The parts for both that fit your '19 VW Atlas are the following:

Thule
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711400 or Black # TH711420
- Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401
- (Optional) Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400

Rhino-Rack
- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Black # RRVA137B-2
- Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs # RRSX022

Between the two, I recommend going with the Rhino-Rack because it is a better overall value - it is a better priced rack and you aren't losing out on either quality or ease of installation. It also has slightly longer crossbars (54" compared to 53") but depending on your cargo,that inch can make a difference.

The only advantage of going with Thule is either if you really like the brand, which is certainly understandable as their racks are excellent, or if you prefer the security of being able to lock the rack's feet to your VW with the lock cores, as the Rhino-Rack doesn't have that option.
