Can a double eye spring hanger be mounted in either direction to lower or raise our fifth wheel camper?

Spring hangers are only to be mounted with the base of the U facing the frame. We do offer an array of different kits for a tandem axle trailer listed below or you can also find the hangers individually. If you can offer me some measurements of your current hangers and what amount of rise or drop you are looking to achieve I can give you my recommendations.
