The wall where I would like to install this port is only 1.5” thick. What wall thickness is needed to install this port?

I drew up a little diagram below with the length of the USB Power Outlet for RVs # 37215115 below. With the total length being 1-1/4" you'll have enough room to install this in your 1-1/2" thick wall and still have a bit of room so that the wiring isn't smashed up against the wall.
