Is this the size for my Magic Tilt 1999 trailer for18foot boat and how many rollers do I need?

The # YR530R-7P does look similar to the wobble roller in your picture on your 1999 Magic Tilt boat trailer. The only way to be sure is to measure your current roller and shaft. This roller has a 5" diameter and width of 3". It fits a 7/8" diameter shaft. Assuming the measurements match this will work as a replacement. Regarding the number of rollers, I would use the same number your trailer has now.
