Helpful Expert Reply:
The Fulton 11-300 1-7/8" coupler was discontinued and, according to my contact at Horizon Global, repair kits are no longer available. The only solution is to replace the coupler. I recommend using the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # CT-2003-Z. This fits a 1-7/8" ball, a 3" channel tongue, and has the same 2,000 lb capacity.
