The Jensen RV Stereo AWM910 has mounting screws on the sides that can be removed to pull the stereo out of the wall. On the wiring harness there's a small black box that has a fuse in it. Remove the fuse and let it sit for a few minutes to fully power down. You can then push the fuse back in and the unit should be fully reset.
If resetting the unit doesn't fix the issue it may just be time for replacement. If this is the case for you then I recommend the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A that you were already looking at.
