Can already hot water be run in the 12 volt rv water pumps?

Yes, you can use the Seaflo Submersible Utility Pump for Boats and RVs # SE54FR to pump already hot water.
The only discrepancy is that you do not pump water that is warmer than 140°F, or below 0°F.
