Can Bike Rack Arms Be Replaced for Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes

Question:
I am looking for a replacement part for a Thule Outway Hanging 3. We need the pole that holds the bikes on top with straps attached. Do you carry that?

The arms that hold the bikes for the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # TH56BV aren't available as a replacement part so if those were damaged you'll need to get a new bike rack.
This does have a limited lifetime warranty so if the damage happened during normal use I would pursue the warranty.
