Are these spring loaded? Is there something to hold them in the raised position while youre rigging up the load?

The BullRing Angled Retractable Tie-Down Anchors # BU47FR have a "catch" system so you can keep them in the raised position when loading up and strapping down cargo in your 2022 Ford F-150 and then they simply fall back into place when you take them out of that raised position. When you're done using them just simply hit them down and they'll stay in the stored position for a clean look on your pickup!
