Troubleshooting Stromberg Carlson Folding Handrail Not Raising Up to Rotate

Question:
Installed But the rail won’t raise up to seat/fold . I used the same holes as the previous handle

It sounds like you're needing to unlock the Stromberg Carlson Folding Handrail # AC-300 so it will lift up and out into the different mounting positions. If you check out the linked review video you'll see that we needed to unlock the cores prior to moving the handle in the mounting brackets.
