My camper has roof racks on it, I have 2 kayaks. Whats the right way of tieing them down?

That is something that could be different for each camper but you might need to use something like the Erickson Axle Strap with D-Rings # 58505. You can wrap the strap around a fixed point on your camper and then loop your kayak tie-down to this strap kit.
Aside from that you'll just need to find any other fixed point on your camper that would be capable of keeping your kayak from moving around.
