It sounds like you are looking for the Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover in Black # CAM42163 or White # CAM42160. This cover fits over a Dometic or Norcold refrigerator roof vent. We do have the Base in White # CAM42161 or Black # CAM42164 as well if that portion of the vent is also damaged. The overall dimensions of the base are 26-1/4" long x 7-3/8" wide x 1-3/4" tall to work with either roof vent opening.
The Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW will be needed if you are replacing the base for your roof vent to seal out the water from getting into your wall cavity through the roof vent.
