To install a paddleboard carrier on your Scion tC, you would first need to install a roof rack that would provide an attachment point between the carrier and the vehicle. A rack can be constructed by combining the following parts from Yakima:
Round 48 inch crossbars, part # Y00408
Yakima BaseLine Towers, part # Y28TR
BaseClip Fit Kit, part # Y06134
BaseClip Fit Kit, part # Y06136
RoundBar Adapter, part # Y03536
Once the roof rack is in place, the Yakima SUPDawg Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier, part # Y04075, would work for you. Keep in mind, you will be limited by the roof capacity of the vehicle. You will want to consult Scion or your owners manual for the capacity of your roof.
