Is there a way to use this grill with a larger 20# tank, like what a BBQ grill uses? Is a regulator needed?

If you had a quick disconnect fitting on your RV that's after the regulator you can use the Blackstone Griddle Tabletop Quick Connect Adapter w/ Propane Hose - 15' Long # BL89VR.
