Do you have an original super hitch that will fit a 2021 F350. I already have a super truss with the 2” square holes

There is a TorkLift SuperHitch fit for your 2021 Ford F-350, but I checked directly with TorkLift and the only fit is the Magnum and not the Original. The Magnum has a 2-1/2" top receiver and 2" bottom receiver but will work with a SuperTruss like # TLE1548 because the top receiver comes with a 2" sleeve. The correct part fit for your 2021 Ford F-350 is the following:
