Can the CE Smith Heavy Duty Vertical Bunk Brackets Be Used on an I-Beam

Question:

Can your Heavy Duty Vertical Bunk Brackets be used on a boat lift I-beam? My I-beam is 4inch high and 3inch wide. The U-bolts you sell seem wide enough but they are only 3inch long. Do you sell longer U-bolts? Sounds like I would need 5.

Yes, the CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Brackets # CE10161GA-2 can be used on an I-beam as long as you have compatible U-bolts that fit your beam and the brackets.

The CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Brackets # CE10161GA-2 will require two 1/2" diameter U-bolts for installation, unfortunately we do not have any U-bolts that fit the height that you are needing. We only have one U-bolt long enough and it has a diameter other than 1/2". So you would need to source compatible U-bolts.
