There are roof racks for either your 2015 Subaru Forester with raised rails or 2017 Honda Accord sedan, but no roof rack that is going to fit both vehicles. The reason is they use both different length crossbars and attach to your respective vehicles differently. A rack will use feet that attach to the Forester's rails, while Accord uses feet and a fit kit that clamp onto the door jambs.

So you'd need a rack for both vehicles, or choose the vehicle you think you'll use the most and get a rack for that one only.
