Question:

I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel. I have installed an Adarac 1 1/2 inch bars I wanted like a Thule Dock and glide but concerned it wont fit on that size square bar. Please advise best fit for this system. Thanks,

The Thule DockGlide Kayak Carrier # TH896 fits crossbars up to 4" wide x 1-1/2" tall. Since the crossbars on your Adarac ladder rack are 1-1/2" square they fall into the max dimensions of the DockGlide so it should fit.

With that being said, I tend to operate under the "better safe than sorry" banner so since you'll be at the max for the DockGlide I recommend checking out the Yakima SweetRoll Kayak Carrier # Y04074 as an alternative. This is a rear loading setup that actually uses rollers at the back so it'll be easier loading your kayak plus this fits crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide x 1-11/16" tall so it will easily be able to accommodate the Adarac bars plus the mounting hardware is much easier to use than the DockGlide.
