Question:
2017 Chrysler Pacifica with third row DOWN. Is this the correct one with the third row FLAT. How does it mesh up with the second row WeatherTech liner?

You won't have an issue using the # WT42950 with the third row folded down because it installs behind the seats. I went ahead and attached a video that shows this mat on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to give you perspective. There is no connection between the 2nd row and 3rd row.
If, however, you want an option that connects the 2nd with the 3rd row mat, that is the # WT469452 (non-Hybrid models) or the # WT469453 (Hybrid models). I also went ahead and attached a video with these models as well.
