This is for a 2019 Montana High Country 380th power 20 ft awning. lt looks like this is the one I need except all my hardware is black. Does it come with black roller?

Sure!
We have the Solera 20' Sand Fade w/ Black Weatherstrip RV Awning (Std) # LCV000231498 which includes the black roll bar with weather guard stripping.
If you have a black and white trailer, you might consider the:
-Replacement 20' Wide Roller w/ Fabric for Solera RV Awnings # LCV000211517 instead, as this has also has a black roll bar, and the fabric is a black and white fade, which would match really well.
Both of these awnings measure 20' wide, and extends out 8' from your trailer.
