Was just wondering about the dual sided kayak racks. On my heel grand Cherokee would I be able to fit two sets of them on it so I could essentially put 4 kayaks on it?

More than likely, you can carry four kayaks on your Jeep Grand Cherokee if it has an aftermarket roof rack with long enough crossbars. It will depend on the maximum dynamic weight your roof rack can carry. This weight will consist of the weight of the roof rack, the kayak carrier, and the kayaks. The maximum dynamic weight you can carry on the roof of a passenger vehicle is 165 lbs, which would be more than enough weight. If you provide me with the year, make, model, and if you have flush rails, raised rails, or a naked roof, I can find a roof rack to fit your vehicle.

You will need wider crossbars to carry two of the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading, part # S512-S512X, on the roof of your vehicle. The carrier comes with 4 specially designed tie-down straps and 4 bow and stern tie-down straps.
