Troubleshooting MaxxFan 4761KS that Won't Turn On and Lid Wants to Stay Closed  

I have the fan above. Its in. 2022 trailer. It is under warranty but the nearest dealer is over 225 miles away. Im in the military living in the RV for a month or so while I find a home. I can’t take the init to the dealership. The fam worked fine for about a month. It stopped working all together suddenly without getting wet or anything. With your websites advise, I purchased a circuit board from you and changed it. When I did it, the hood was open slightly. When I connected the power, the hood closed itself but then nothing. Still no buttons are working. I disconnected it and waited an hour. This time when I re- connected it, iI manually opened the hood before connecting the power AND did not connect the rain sensor wires to see if that was the culprit. Again the fan closed itself and no buttons are working. I believe the circuit boards are fine and the rain sensor works. I have even tried hooking up only the fan wires to see if the fan will work alone. Nothing. What can I try next?
