Do you sell a heavy steel hinge that is 96 inches long but only 3 inches wide for a toy hauler rear ramp ?

I took a look at what we have, and the closest I was able to find to what you need is the:
-3" Wide Continuous Hinge # PLR843.
This is a continuous hinge that measures 7' (84") long, and is 3"wide.
Consequently, we also carry the:
-5" Wide Continuous Hinge # PLR844, which has the 96" length you need, however this hinge is 2" wider at 5".
