I have a solution for you and a great hitch for your 2021 VW Jetta with dual exhaust but the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11540 you were looking at will not fit. Instead you will want the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 24978. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Jetta with included hardware. It mounts behind the rear bumper instead of below your frame. This gives you better ground clearance and appearance. The Draw-Tite hitch also avoids any compatibility issues with your dual exhaust.

If you need a wiring kit to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions you will want the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness with Installation Kit item # 119250KIT. This kit will provide you with a 4-flat connector.

For a ball mount you'd need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
