I am looking for a front trailer hitch for my small motorhome on a 1999 Ford E450 chassis and can not find one, Is that something you offer?

When it comes to installing a front mount hitch on your 1999 Ford E450 Chassis I recommend The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 with 7" tall mounting brackets. You may have to modify it a tad but if your frame is wider that 44 inches there will be no problem.
I do recommend having a qualified welder weld the hitch to the frame of the vehicle to make sure it is structurally sound, and use the input and the ratings of the vehicle to determine the maximum tongue weight rating it can tow.
