Back right works fine back left want move. I tried manual override still want work.do you have any idea

I spoke to a representative at Lippert about your Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - Black Waterproof Switch Kit - 30" Lift, part # LC298707. They indicated there is one of two things going on, you have a bad carrier bearing or a bad rod. There are two rods. One turns clockwise and the other turns counter-clockwise in the carrier bearing. Unfortunately, none of these parts are replaceable. You will need to replace the unit.
