I need a roof rack system for my 1989 Mitsubishi /montero I have the tall roof I believe the legs I need are RL280S4 and the bars RB1375S the legs are 11inch the gutter on the Montero is 6inch below roof thanks

You are correct, the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Legs that you need for your 1989 Mitsubishi Montero are part # RL280S4. These are the gutter mount feet and they are 11 inches tall. For crossbars, you can use their Heavy-Duty Crossbars, # RB1375B-2 for black or # RB1375 for silver.
