Ball Mount and Hitch Ball Recommendation for Draw Tite Hitch of 2009 VW Golf

Question:
Hi, I recently installed your Draw-Tite hitch for my 2009 VW Golf. I am unsure what rise ball mount I will need for pulling a light 4x8 utility trailer. Any recommendations? Its a 1-7/8 ball if that matters. Thanks

For Class I hitches like what your 2009 Volkswagen Golf has you have to go with the required ball mount by the hitch manufacturer. So for your vehicle the ball mount you'd want is the part # 3594 and then for the hitch ball # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch.
