Hello, will this work on a 1997 F250 HD? Looking at the photos, it looks like the two grey plugs are the same as my factory plugs. Thank you!

Gooseneck/5th Wheel Trailer wiring harness # 40167 fits 2002 - 2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Dutys with factory 7-way connectors. It will not fit a 1997 Ford F-250 heavy duty.

There are currently no in-line harnesses that will fit. But what you can use is # 20027 or # C56080. Either of these will plug into the existing 7-Way and the long cable allow you to put the 7-Way in the truck bed. These harness just do not plug in line at the backs of the 7-Way like the other harnesses.
