IRV36 Radio Won't Turn Off On My 2022 Keystone Passport SL TT

Question:

The radio display screen will not shut off. I have held the power button for 45 seconds to reset, unplugged camper from shore power and flipped the breaker inside and is still locked. Any idea on how to fix.

The last thing you can try for your iRV36 is find the fuse that feeds your radio. The fuse should be in the converter where the breakers are.

If you have a fuse puller you can use that to extract the fuse, or you can use a pair of needle nose pliers. Just be careful if you do use pliers not to squeeze the fuse too hard as you can possibly damage the fuse.

After the fuse is pulled wait about 5 seconds and replace the fuse. This SHOULD kill your radio, however if it doesn't you likely have a defunct unit and will either need to warranty the unit or replace it.

If you do end up replacing the unit, I recommend taking a look at the Jensen Mechless RV Stereo - HDMI, USB, Bluetooth # JWM20 which feature similar mounting dimensions, and features Bluetooth capabilities, 2 HDMI, 1 USB, 1 RCA input, 1 RCA output, and 1 subwoofer output.
