I have a 2012 Lexus CT200h. I am looking for a 2 inch hitch that will accommodate my bike rack. All I am seeing are 1 1/4. Can you let me know if there are any 2 inch hitches available. I am willing to do a bit of modifying to make it work.

The only hitch confirmed to fit your 2012 Lexus CT 200h is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11200. Unfortunately, there are no 2" hitches available. I would not recommend attempting to modify your vehicle to attach a 2" hitch that was not intended for your Lexus.
I also would not recommend using an adapter like the # e43YR to make your bike rack fit a 1-1/4" hitch since it will reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50%. This would only leave you with 100 lbs of tongue weight capacity to hold your bikes and the rack. If you choose to install the Curt hitch you could use a different bike rack like the Kuat Beta # B202-114 or Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR.
If you would prefer to not install a hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver then your other option would be to use a trunk mounted bike rack. For your Lexus CT 200h we have the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH910XT or for 3 bikes the # TH911XT.
