hello, i am looking for an universal fit vent lid cover for Maxxfan model 4500K the part # is 12-00057 any clue? thank you

I do have a few options for you. But we do not have the 12-00057, from what I could find it is a smoke color lid.
We have the MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid for RV and Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-335002 which is a universal style lid in smoke.
We also have the Replacement Lid for MaxxFan and MaxxFan Plus Roof Vents # MA10A40009K available in smoke and works with the MA00-04500K.
