Question:
I have an E-350 extended cargo van. Can you please recommend a 12v winch to pull it onto a car trailer?

Expert Reply:
Typically, we want a winch that will be used to load a car trailer to have a line pull capacity at least 50% greater than its. gross vehicle weight With that in mind, my recommendation is the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 7,800 lbs, part # BDW10032. It comes with a 5.2 hp motor for fast line pulling. It has a rolling load limit of up to 78,000 lbs.
The Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 3,400 lbs, part # BDW15018, you attached to your question will also work for this application.
I have included a product description link, video demo links, and a chart to show the rolling load capacity of my recommended winch below.
