Is this a 4x4inch bumper that I can use the Curt 4inch Trailer Hitch Receiver on? I am waiting for delivery of the trailer and plan to look at a 2 bike RV rated bike rack

Yes, the Curt RV Bumper Trailer Hitch Receiver, # E-100 has a 2" square receiver opening and is ideal for hitch accessories such as bike racks and cargo carriers. This is intended for use on 4" square channel bumpers, which is most likely what your new 2022 Jay Flight SLX7-174BH will be equipped with. This has a 350 lb. tongue weight rating.
I recommend you use this with the Swagman Nomad Bike Rack for 2 Bikes, # S36FR.
