The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch # 75673 will indeed fit your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon as long as it is not the Sport Edition. This particular 2-inch hitch offers a substantial 600-lb tongue weight rating and a 4000-lb towing capacity. Please note this hitch is not rated for use with the weight-distribution systems often employed for larger trailers.
The hitch includes all required mounting hardware for bolt-on installation; the linked video shows the installation process. Some drilling, temporary lowering of the exhaust and minor heat shield modification will be necessary to complete installation. I have also linked an article on hitch installation tips that will be helpful if you plan to do the install yourself.
I have included links to our main pages for both cargo carriers and bike racks suitable for use with this 2-inch hitch in the event that you are interested in either of these product categories.
If you plan to tow you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. An excellent cost-effective option here is the Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts with varying rise/drop to accommodate trailers of different heights as well as both 1-7/8-inch and 2-inch hitch balls. A hitch pin and clip is included. This kit provides lots of towing flexibility in a simple economical package.
You will also need a trailer wiring harness to transmit lighting signals from your Outback Wagon to your towed trailer; you can use Tow Ready harness # 118467 which offers convenient plug-in no-splicing connection to your Outback at the tail lights. This harness will protect your vehicle wiring from any potential overload from current draw from the trailer lights. I have included a video showing harness installation in a 2012 Outback Wagon.
I have also linked an article concerning towing tips that may be useful if you plan to tow.
