First, for a trailer hitch for your 2010 BMW 328i I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24857. This, and all the hitches for your 328i, is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. So you will need a bike rack that is compatible with a Class I hitch. Also, with Class I trailer hitches, you will be limited to 2 bikes because a Class I hitch cannot support the additional weight moved that far from the hitch like you would find on a 3 or more bike rack.

For a compatible bike rack I reocmmend the Swagman Trailhead, # S63360. This bike rack holds 2 bikes, has anti-sway cradles, it can tilt down, and it has a rise in the shank for better ground clearance. I have linked a video review for you.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
