Does the Batwing Compact have the same strut assembly as the larger one just shorter ? Will it connect to Thule crossbars with what is supplied ? Thanks

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Batwing Compact Awning # RR33300 is going to use the same type of assembly as the larger one. The only main differences come in the size of the main extrusion, spar supports and the size of the awning fabric.

The Rhino-Rack Batwing Compact Awning # RR33300 will work with your Thule crossbars with what is supplied, as long as your Thule crossbars extend past the roof racks legs and have top channels.
