How is Lift Arm Assembly # FVK8011-05 Attached to Roof Vent

How do you remove the old one, and install the new one??? From the top it looks like rivits. Thanks

From the underside of the roof vent the Operator part # FVK8011-05 that you referenced is held on with two screws. This kit comes with new screws if they end up getting damaged. You'd just need to use a screwdriver to remove them from the bottom.
