The Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets # RP56018-53 are the brackets and rails you need for your 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4x4 with the 6-1/2' bed. The Brackets # RP50054 that you found are for the 2014-2018 Ram 2500 trucks.
This will allow you to use a manual slider like the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30075 or the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034. The Demco allows you to stay in your truck rather than having to reposition the hitch when you need to maneuver the trailer.
