The Roadmaster front anti-sway bar # RM-1139-155 is listed as a fit for a 2003 Ford F-350 4x4. There is also the following note from Roadmaster:
Front sway bar kit for 2000-04 Ford F250-F350 trucks with straight axle (all 4WD models and F450 with front leaf springs, and F550 2WD models). Replaces factory sway bar. Must have factory sway bar.
