You need to examine the propane supply for your Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater, # FR93FR. Confirm all valves are open with adequate supply of propane in the tanks. If the valves are open and tanks have pressure you may have an issue with your propane pressure regulator.

Hi. I not have this same problem. I’ve tried two different full propane tanks and installed a new regulator, have checked the exterior vent is clear and turned it off and on at the outside switch several times but still it won’t ignite and I’m getting an E1 code. Can you help?

@SusannaL The E1 error means it does not detect enough pressure to ignite. It does sound like you checked all of the reasons that might cause this. Based on that I'd say it's an internal issue and you'd want to check with Furrion about a warranty claim.

@JamesonC Thanks for the quick reply. The warranty ran out three years ago. Is there no way to replace just the faulty part? It seems likely to be the igniter. I really would rather not have to spend another $700 to fix this.

@SusannaL That's not a part we are able to get as a replacement. I would try furrion directly at [email protected]

When I turn it on, it's like it's not igniting the gas, it's trying, but it gives up.It gives me a e one

@Daniel sounds like a flame sensor. If it can't detect that a flame is going it shuts off the gas so that it doesn't fill your RV with propane. Try taking some sandpaper to the flame sensor to clean it off and it should start to work again. I've had to do this a couple times at my old house.
