I need a 50 door hinge for my Palomino pop up truck camper. Would I be able to cut your 72 aluminum door hinge to the required length?

Yes, if you wanted to cut down the Marlboro Continuous Hinge # MA64ZR you would want to first remove the pin and separate each part and then cut them. You'll be better off cutting it at the end of the hinge loops, like I have pictured below, instead of trying to cut through them.
