It truly depends on what Pulrite SuperGlide 2900 5th-wheel hitch you have. As long as you have the ISR series (which stands for "Industry Standard Rails"), then you can definitely use the Curt Adapter Rails # C88KR (Curt part number 16027) with the hitch.
The Curt adapter is compatible with your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with a 6-3/4 foot bed and OEM prep. With the # C88KR installed, these serve as your industry standard rails.
