Yes, the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars - 3" - Black Powder Coated Steel, part # 23-1955, are compatible with all 2007 and 2005 Chevrolet Silverado crew cabs: the 1500 HD and LD, the 2500 HD, and the 3500 HD.
I have included a video of these running boards being installed on a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado below.

Thank you Mark for answering the above question which happens to be my question as well. As I’m now over 40 with some previous injuries I’m finding it harder to get in and out of my 07 2500HD work truck. I was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time when my nephew bought his truck and he didn’t want the steps. So this problem will be solved cheaply with nothing but my spare time and paying my helper to help me while it rains tomorrow. Again thanks Mark and Thank you Westin and of course my Nephew.
