Most X3 models were equipped with the roof rails, so I initially thought you might be out of luck, but after searching around I found that Yakima offers a JetStream roof rack that would work perfectly on the bare roof of your 2013 BMW X3.
To assemble the rack, you'll need the following parts:
• 50 Inch JetStream crossbars in black as # Y00425
• BaseLine Tower Feet, part # Y28TR
• Front Fit Clip # Y06123
• Rear Fit Clip # Y06127
