Will the Same Adapter Be Used for a Ready Brute Elite Tow Bar to a Base Plate Kit on a Fit & Pilot

Question:
I currently tow a 2005 Honda Pilot using a Roadmaster base plate 1544-1 and adapter to a Ready Brute Elite tow bar. I want to install another base plate on 2013 Honda Fit and be able to switch back and forth occasionally between the two. It appears that the draw bars that mount to the two different base plates have different spacing center to center, 23-1/2inch on the one mounted to the Pilot. The mounting holes on the adapter are approximately 28-1/2. The question I have is, can I switch unbolt/bolt the adapter from one set of draw bars to the other? Attached photo shows current draw bars attached to adapter. Thank you!

The Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 521190-1 is the correct base plate kit to fit your 2013 Honda Fit. The adapter is going to be dependent on your tow bar, while the adapter for your NSA Ready Brute Elite tow bar will most likely work with both the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 521190-1 (for your 2013 Honda Fit) and the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 1544-1 (for your 2005 Honda Pilot) you would need to contact NSA to confirm that fitment.
We do not carry NSA products and do not have the information or the compatibility of their tow bars and adapters.
